Items can only be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.


Items are only refundable if they are unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition as when they were received, and with tags still attached. 


We cannot accept returns on items that are personalized, such as but not limited to items with name embroidery. If a name is spelled wrong, on our error, we will gladly correct it. 


Your original invoice or receipt is required as well as a valid I.D. may be required for all exchanges.


All boots purchased at 2 Hot Activewear are nonrefundable, however any customer may exchange his/her boots under the following conditions:

The boots are returned within 30 days of purchase date and they are returned to 2 Hot Activewear in sellable condition as when they were received.

The customer must return the boots with their original, dated invoice, and packaging.

** Boots will only be accepted for exchange if they were purchased from 2 Hot Activewear. Employees will not accept boots that have been purchased elsewhere, or if they do not meet the above conditions.




Items will be accepted in return for a full refund for the following reasons:

The item is defective.

The item received is not the item ordered.

The item differs in specifications from the desired items.

The garment did not fit or does not meet the customer's needs.


We do have the right to refuse a return/exchange depending on the state of the items. 




Unworn and/or unused items will be accepted for exchange for size, color, and style reasons. Any difference in cost will be charged or credited accordingly.

Pick Up Policy


Customer has 30 DAYS to pick up items from the date of notification that the item(s) are ready for pick up.

We will make multiple attempts to contact you when your item(s) are ready

Customer can pay $14.00 to have the item(s) shipped

Items not picked up will be put back on the shelf and payment will be forfeited
